Project Odin – Our New Partners Platform
Codenamed project Odin, our new Partners Platform has been in development for months and brings together many exciting projects.
Odin features extensive improvements to every aspect of the user experience – menu layout, graphic design, technical stability and cross-platform functionality.
Odin is replacing our old Partners Platform and will serve as the stable foundation for all our new services and features going forward.
We are proud to launch our new Partners Platform and share all of the exciting new improvements and services that are now available for use.
New Services Available
Odin is launching with four brand-new services! These are:
FICA Express
FICA Express is a one-click solution for basic FICA Compliance that verifies customer identity and conducts AML Risk Screening all in one service. Billed at a market-leading fixed rate of R9.25 per check, FICA Express generates a comprehensive PDF report that empowers businesses to quickly and easily vet customers and ensure compliance with FICA. Affordability
Affordability calculates key metrics such as average income, expenses, and income trends and offers clear insights into an individual's financial health to assess affordability for financial services.
VAT Search
VAT Search gets SARS VAT information using a VAT number OR trading name. The service provides accurate and up-to-date tax details for verification purposes.
FICA Match
Get robust ID verification, physical address matching, employment history and email addresses, and an associated matching confidence indicator in the KYC result. The KYC result within FICA Match displays all associated sources of information and provides a matching confidence indicator based on the number of trusted sources affirming the returned information.
Enhanced User Experience
We have made several improvements to our new Partners Platform to improve user experience and daily usability.
- Search Function: An integrated search function allows you to easily find the exact service you are looking for, every time.
- Efficient Menu Layout: Our extensive suite of services has been efficiently grouped for your ease of use.
- Mobile-Friendly Design: Odin has been designed to work seamlessly on mobile devices, meaning that you can run all your checks wherever you are.
- Client Support and FAQ Shortcuts: Our client support is always available to assist and is now easily contactable via our Partners Platform. Likewise, our FAQs can now be accessed directly via our Partners Platform to ensure you can always find an answer to your questions.
- Easily Customisable User Profiles: For your convenience, user details like passwords and mobile numbers can now be easily changed in the settings.

Odin has been built from the ground-up to ensure industry-leading performance and usability.

How Can I Access the New Partners Platform?
Odin can be accessed via our website.
Find the “Login” button at the top right of our homepage and proceed through the Single Sign-On (SSO).
If you are an active client, you will be directed to our new Partners Platform and can instantly begin using our services. No integration required.
What is Happening to the Old Partners Platform?
For the next two months, ThisIsMe’s new Partners Platform (codenamed Odin) will be fully accessible and usable alongside our outgoing Partners platform.
A final sunset date for the outgoing platform will be announced soon.
We recommend that all our clients begin using Odin now to access our new services and take advantage of all the improvements offered by Odin.
